Letters has been helping residential tenants and landlords in and around Peterborough for over twenty years. Now we manage block sites across a much wider area, often through recommendation by local clients. We’re a family-run business and we’re here to stay.
We are members of The Property Institute (formerly ARMA), it is worth remembering that the industry is unregulated. Anyone can set up to be a ‘managing agent’ without any qualifications or experience. As accredited agents we meet The Property Institutes Consumer Charter & Standards which are a bespoke set of professional standards to protect consumers and set out best practice.

The Property Institute (formerly ARMA) require two years minimum time required to demonstrate experience in residential management. Our block management department was set up 8 years ago and we are approaching our 30th year anniversary as a company.

All your Service Charge monies are held in trust as required by law.

We must always have this in place to protect you against any advice that we give you.
